C'est un livre sympa, sorte de resumé de tous les "spécialistes" qui prônent un régime végétalien sans graisse (ou enfin avec les graisses d'origine végétales en doses très limitées). il y a 125 recettes. le prix est raisonnable et je ne regrette quand même pas l'avoir achété, surtout pour la recette de lait d'amande maison qui est très bonne :-)
